Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Items will only be returned or exchanged where it is defective or not as described within 24 hours after receipt. Items must be returned unused with the complete package.

Exchange can not only be done, when items have been returned.  In case of a refund, payment would be processed within 3 working days. We do not refund shipping fees or return fees.

Items paid for during discount sales cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
